Fill buffer with random numbers.

Parameters

desc	- The device structure.
buff	- Buffer to be filled.
len	- Length of the buffer.

Returns

0 in case of success, negative error code otherwise.

max_trng_init()

	)

Initialize the device.

Parameters

desc	- The device structure.
param	- The structure that contains the device initial parameters.

Returns
