Enable the input direction of the specified GPIO.

Parameters
desc- The GPIO descriptor.
Returns
0 in case of success, -1 otherwise.

uint8_t value )

Enable the output direction of the specified GPIO.

Parameters
desc- The GPIO descriptor.
