RF Splitter & Antenna for MCS Pilot

In addition to an extra Jupiter and a Synchrona, the MCS pilot requires a Tx antenna and Rx array for the OTA portion and/or a 4 to 1 rf splitter for the normal version. This additional hardware is needed to combine the two signals from both Jupiters and show the MCS, thus it is necessary to have 1 of the two setups.
