EVAL-AD469x
Overview
The EVAL-AD4696FMCZ and EVAL-AD4692-ARDZ evaluation boards enable quick and easy evaluation of the performance and features of the AD469x family of devices.
The AD4695/AD4696 are compact, 16-channel, 16-bit, 1 MSPS, multiplexed successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that enable high performance data acquisition of multiple signals in a small form factor. The AD4697/AD4698 are pin-compatible 8-channel variants.
The AD4692/AD4691 are compact, high accuracy, 16-bit Easy Drive successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs optimized for high-density multichannel precision data acquisition solutions. The AD4693/AD4694 are pin-compatible 8-channel variants.

All the products described on this page include ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive devices. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000V readily accumulate on the human body or test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although the boards feature ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high-energy electrostatic discharges.
