EVAL-ADAQ23875-FMCZ

16-Bit, 15 MSPS, High Speed, Precision µModule Data Acquisition Solution.

Overview

The EVAL-ADAQ23875FMCZ evaluation board enables simplified performance assessment of the ADAQ23875, a 15 MSPS, 16-bit, High Speed, Precision µModule Data Acquisition Solution. The µModule integrates passive components with superior matching and drift characteristics to minimise temperature- dependent error sources and optimise performance for high channel count multiplexed architectures.

The evaluation board comprises one µModule (ADAQ23875), a choice of 4.096 V reference (LTC6655) or 2.048 V reference (ADR4520), on-board power supplies using LTM8049, ADP7118, ADP7183, LT3023, and an 800 MHz clock distribution IC. Optional ADA4899-1 amplifiers are available for the signal conditioning path.

Recommendations

People who follow the flow that is outlined, have a much better experience with things. However, like many things, documentation is never as complete as it should be. If you have any questions, feel free to ask on our EngineerZone forums, but before that, please make sure you read our documentation thoroughly.

Warning

All the products described on this page include ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive devices. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000V readily accumulate on the human body or test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although the boards feature ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high-energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality. This includes removing static charge on external equipment, cables, or antennas before connecting to the device.
